During his career, Neil has worked with many of the world’s largest Oil and Gas companies and on some of the largest losses in the industry, including the Piper Alpha and the World Trade Centre claims. Neil’s expertise extends further to include the Power, Mining, Manufacturing, Construction and Hospitality industry sectors, where he has managed and assisted with the resolution of numerous challenging claims across five continents.
With extensive experience of dispute resolution in multiple jurisdictions, Neil brings a wealth of professional and commercial expertise to the world of complex loss management. He is highly respected generally within the international insurance community, reputed for his pragmatic approach and noted as an advocate of fair settlements.
As a senior consultant to RSW Insurance Risk Consultants W.L.L, Neil provides clients with complex claim and dispute resolution expertise on a case by case, or retained basis. He is also able to apply his extensive technical and commercial knowledge in providing advice relating to contractual risk allocation, lenders insurance covenants and policy wording issues.
Neil holds the Certificate of General Insurance (CGI) professional qualification gained from the Singapore Insurance College.
